Dwacw are a better deal after merger you can trade them for a share for 11.50.

Do you know if the warrants will also move to Nasdaq tomorrow (DJTW ???) so we can sell them?

I’m unable to exercise mine, so I’m hoping that I’ll be able to sell half of them, and use that $ to exercise the other half.

They should move to within 11.50 of the stock price at some time in the future. I'm not selling until that point or close to it. We can hold the warrents for several years, so I'm not in a hurry. I even have time to earn the money to exercise them.

Wait… I thought we only have 30 days to exercise them?

Each whole warrant entitles the registered holder to purchase one share of our Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment as discussed below, at any time commencing on the later of 12 months from the closing of this offering and 30 days after the completion of our initial business combination.

EDIT: Nevermind, I’m a dummy, it says commencing, and I was reading it as the opposite of that. Duh. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I've read they were good until 2026 or so. If it's 30 days we will find out on the dwac group.

I'm still in no hurry.

I'm in same boat...I know exp date is 2028 but as of now I cant excersize them and not going to simply sell them.

Not sure now, but they can always be sold and the stock purchased or sell a few to get the money to convert the rest.

The warrants will expire five years after the completion of our initial business combination, at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, or earlier upon redemption or liquidation. believe this is referring to IPO of WAC which was 03SEP2021, so it would be in 2026, unless it has been extended]
