As a Floridian who is also a parent of a 13 yr old girl, I have no problem with this law. But, I strictly monitor my daughter's online presence and she doesn't have any social media accounts to begin with, either.

If you refuse to provide them, we should assume you are a minor, in that case your account should be banned. If you provide the info you have provided the left the way to attack you and silence your opinion. How will the left get the info? A simple hack or 3-letter agency or court order will suffice.
Pare ts will have to be parents or perhaps the parent should be held accountable too. Allowing g your child access to predators shouldn't be allowed either. May parents will quit giving their kids phones that go online.

I have an idea why not prosecute predators with all the force of the law? Because is it easier to strip sheeple citizens of their rights, including Freedom of Speech.
I have 5 kids between 10 and 18. They have no social media accounts. Parents are the problem, they are selfish and let by their kids have these to occupy their time. Government should not parent our children. Real simple folks, patents need to be involved, government doesn't. Once again, parents should govern their children, not government.
I think this is a good and necessary thing. Parents should be monitoring their kids online anyway, but this is a good way to try and ensure it.
