I did not, unlike God I cannot determine intent, so I'm going to wait to see her take action consistent with supporting the Second Amendment. Because words are cheap and I know better than to take politicians at their word until they've proven they are trustworthy.
It's a good interview, and worth listening to, regardless of your view or bias towards either Gabbard or politicians.
I don't listen to a lot of interviews, but I decided to give this a go. As a good interview should, it provides a lot of context and knowledge about her and her journey.
I strongly agree with the position of putting the emphasis on actions not words, but it's hard to make good evaluations based on ignorance. How many RINOS have supported the 2A? Does this make them legit, or good?
I reiterate, its a good interview. Better to evaluate from knowledge than from ignorance, imo, but everyone's different.
PS. Looking at that record, I'm strongly inclined to agree with your position, although its worth noting that she did all those votes when she was a part of the Democrat party machine, something she's renounced.
We'll have to see what she does from this point forward. But fwiw, I believe there is less than zero chance that DJT would choose her as a VP.
