I believe the figure was 3 Billion, but details. The public already knows why that windfall arrived. Something, something ... the merger between Digital World Acquisition Corp. and Trump Media & Technology Group Corp.

Also, it was not through politics that this money came to Trump (his company), it is through Business conducted outside of politics, (although media companies are peripherally related). The money was not taxpayer money, which is what other politicians like to cream off.

But of course we will get kvetching, because money.
