“Sum of all fears” connection to Bridge
🤔💭 Theory 😲💡
A Nuke is detonated by in Baltimore by Neo-Nazis. In order to provoke a Hot War between the U.S and Russia.
The Bomb is manufactured in Ukraine. And sent via ship to Baltimore.
What is now closed? The Port of Baltimore. Vessels are being rerouted to neighboring Ports. Where they’ll be subject to new Customs inspections.
I’ll be first to admit I initially made the connection due to a Twitter post mentioning the ships and their cargo would be subject to new inspections further snarling up the congestion at neighboring ports.
Yes, so there is a game afoot that we can only sense peripherally. Breaking that bridge, means the cargos have to be certified in other ports - who might be new to that type of certification, and will therefore follow protocols. An oppurtunity for White Hats.
Furthermore, trucking routes have to be re-directed. Are there some ways that corruption can creep into land supply routes? One may find out.
Baltimore is looking at a giant down-turn now, in terms of Real Estate, rental markets, and economy in general because of those losing their jobs.
Construction of the new bridge may have to be supervised by proper people as well: Traditionally, construction companies have a lot of wink-wink-nudge-nudge going on with local officials (LOL mob etc.). but that sort of nonsense is being stamped out with the advent of municipalities adopting digital processing and competency of building officials. Is Baltimore up to the task of processing a complex billion dollar project?
So what I see here, is that one has a choice:
-- to get the Shipping Insurance company to cough up and take responsibility. Then they must examine the certification, processing of the Bridge etc. Generally these companies have internal audits, and require high standards because they are risk-averse. Those standards usually go beyond National building codes, and follow International Standards, including Health and Safety of construction workers. Keep in mind that this sort of construction is high-risk, and workers dying during the constuction of bridges, is a thing.
-- Or let the Federal Government place a lien on the taxpayers for the bridge - add it to the bill, if you like, which is what Baiden wants to do. This direction also allows for more wink-wink-nudge-nudge, I-know-a-guy stuff that his ilk seems to thrive on.
