A conspiracy theorist is somebody with a functioning mind. Isn't a police detective the best example of a conspiracy theorist? He looks at a crime and then explores the most likely scenarios, hunting for evidence.

Trying to shame people by calling them a conspiracy theorist is obstruction of justice.
