Thanks for remembering John Eastman. Eastman will be highly admired and esteemed again. Under Trump, constitutionalists have begun to ignore the ABA “american” bar association’s status as being “the authorities” for rating judges for their qualifications for determining which ones are qualified for appointments to appellate courts and to the Supreme Court. Senators are perfectly capable of reviewing judges records without having to rely upon the ABA. And with a Trump return, John Eastman will be placed in a higher place of esteem and respect. His constitutional law book will need updating with more recent Supreme Court decisions to be added, but here is the review and his status with the southern California-located Claremont Colleges: https://claremontreviewofbooks.com/author/john-c-eastman/. My friend took constitutional law and John Eastman’s natural law perspective-based textbook was used. I wish my professor had used this one rather than the standard commie “con-law” constitutional law textbook by Cass Sunstein out of Chicago. Chapman University, which colluded against tenured and pressured him to resign, will be derided as the biggest losers in history.
