So this claim comes from Tony Seruga the same guy who had to delete a tweet claiming he had the Dutch East India Company and Standard Oil as his clients?

Standard Oil ended in 1911 and the Dutch East India company closed in 1799.

Where did he say that?

I looked him up, he testified to grang jury.

I see him saying stuff against Cohen, but I don't see him saying Cohen was with Stormy Daniels.
