Yeah, I don't understand exactly how the money flows. The corporations employ them via staffing agencies.
And a lot of the idiots employing them think they are getting virtue points for employing poor, needy migrants but in reality most of the time they get shitty work ( a few are very good) with no recourse if the shit falls apart later. A friend hired a group to relevel l his concrete floor and it turned out horrible and found out they charged more than what the local business would have charged. The local guys fixed it.
Yeah, shoddy work in the 24-floor building I work in. Drywallers 20 bucks an hour cash no tax, no overtime pay.
