Just a quick list of trends that don’t seem to have taken off naturally and also seem designed to run cover for something else:

Wide shouldered women’s jackets/blouses (hide tranny shoulders)
Au-Pair (international trafficking/grooming)
Tattoos (ownership/branding, gangs [long known], comms)
Vaccinations (open access to host body)
Summer Camps (where did these come from and how were people convinced this was a safe idea?)

Certain things taking off widespread in the culture helps the purposed ones blend in.
