Interesting to think about. Why Did Biden choose to NOT drop Trump’s EOs? Why did Biden NOT send troops to Ukraine? Seems like a big deal for the cabal to keep Ukraine. There ARE, obviously CIA, etc and minions there but not an official YUGE deployment. They had all the rahrah stand with Ukraine bullshit propaganda working at the beginning. Why not? Needs congressional approval? Hahahaha!
Good questions. This one of the most important questions: why would Trump and military hand the nukes back to the cabal after all that took place in those 4 years? Answer; No way they would do that.

Continuity of Government via Devolution does not necessarily require or dictate that Trump is Commander in Chief. In fact, these are contradictory concepts, as the devolution of government down to core critical functions of government in order to preserve the nation involves devolving the Executive Authority of Potus out to a less centralized structure, and in doing such, could also involve devolving the authority of CIC out to a distributed Military authority structure.
The questions here map on to the idea that a) the authority of the President was devolved in some manner so that Biden is restricted in what he can and cannot do (his power as potus is limited because certain elements of it have been devolved away from the Potus position) and/or b) Biden is actually controlled at this point by the White Hats.
Think "strings cut" PLUS "We have everything on you" = control
I haven’t studied devolution thank you for explaining
Fren, perhaps like you, I've journeyed across the Great Awakening landscape for 6+ years now. Been there, done that. Been a noob, reposted and promoted fake news when I got excited, until I learned to keep a rein on my horses and now I raise a very skeptical and hard-nosed eye (huh?) to information that comes across my screen.
I can very highly recommend tuning in to Devolution Power Hour with Jon Harold. Both the Saturday version and the Wednesday night versions are excellent, although Wednesday is my favorite and go-to podcast every week.
JH was known as Patel Patriot, a moniker he chose in honor of Kash Patel, but which he now regrets, as it looks like Kash is salty about being associated with the devolution series (Harold may have tipped too many beans).
PP is the one who mainstreamed the devolution concept, originally inspired by Thomas Wictor I think. sadly, a lot of Jon's work has been co-opted and stolen by the shameless self-promoter Derek Johnson (meaning he puts forth a lot of PP's research as Derek's own work), who also shamelessly promotes sensationalist interpretations of devolution-related content.
The cool thing is, PP developed his devolution series all based on open source intel and available documentation - Zero "inside information" - all hard researched, detailed, documented, argued logically and without failing to recognize speculation when it is merely speculation. But also, he developed the devolution series all before even knowing much about or tuning in to Q. He was not "a Q guy". He just looked at what Trump was doing (around and after Nov 2020, and then tried to figure it out by researching into Trumps EOs, other available documentation and evidence.
In my experienced opinion, he brings a much needed grounded approach (i.e. based + evidenced + critical thinking approach) to the whole question of where the heck we are now, how on earth Trump could walk away from the White House while knowing that the election was "stollen" and rigged, etc.
Some light reading is great, but tuning into the DPH podcasts will surely suit your palate.
The whole series is here:

And the Devolution Power Hour podcasts can be found here:

The best thing I like about the DPH is the approach to the evidence and news, even beyond the facts. The approach has really influenced how I filter my news and understandings. Highly recommended.
