Chickens, pigs and cattle are vaccinated. If you ban vaccines in food, then does that ban affect meat from animals that were vaccinated?
"Under this new legislation, the definition of a "drug" in the Tennessee Code will to specifically include "food that contains a vaccine or vaccine material.""
Notice that the definition and law doesn't say anything about just vegetables? It also doesn't say "mRNA Vaccines"? It simply says 'contains a vaccine or vaccine material'. That includes nearly every meat available for purchase. It may also include eggs or milk.
I know what the intent is, but the law may be a clumsy way of achieving it. The law might be better if it was more specific.
This might have major backlash problems.

They could just ban GMO foods like many countries have already. Which they should otherwise it gets confusing.
