The lure of easy money and consequence free sex. And then they imprisoned them creating hardened criminals. They promote promiscuous behavior with easy abortion. And since Obama they have created a sense of entitlement removing all blame for their own actions and placing it on the whites. Personal responsibility is rare in the black community and that is a response to the op run against them since the Civil Rights Act.
