Basically their new vag is formed from bowel. And sometimes there is also accidentally some skin with hair follicles that are up to far in the fake labia so hair is growing out of the new hole. Surgeons creating fake vaginas should go to prison for mutilating a mentally ill human being. I can certainly imagine why a recipient could end up wanting to die.
