I commend her for being able to admit her mistakes. Many cannot or will not admit they are wrong to themselves, much less to the outside world in a camera interview. Bravo!
Conditioning makes it extremely difficult to admit when we're wrong today. It's a deep seated issue and I don't believe it came about naturally, at least not to this degree.
We’ll, it’s easy to admit you were wrong, unless… you tied your morals and self identity to a political party and movement that turned out to be a destructive Marxist death cult, all the while shouting down and slandering anyone that tried to help you. Once you realize that you’ve destroyed your country, it’s way of life, and yourself there is a degree of embarrassment. Then it’s hard to admit you were wrong.

It's more difficult for some than for others.
