Correct. Everyone has smartphones these days, even illegals. If they don't have them, they are given free phones.

Phones track everyone everywhere. J6, 2,000 mules, on and on. We are all tracked all the time.

The Big Database knows All. The IC has used it to blackmail nearly everyone in power.
