oh how they do! "Heres something to maybe fix the last something I gave you." They've been doing that with psychiatric meds and auto immune meds for years. Those low humming voices in the backround of the ads, sped up through the side effect list, hypnotizing people, especially daytime tv watchers. It's chemical culling but more people are waking up, depends on who you talk to.
