I’ll have to locate my digital copy. All I have for myself is Paper form, I think…. I know my college has it on digital file. It might take me a bit but I’ll see if I can’t get it up at some point. And I truly don’t care if my name is on the cover, but I’m sure my Mod Boss will want just that page removed. 😁
