A liveable wage changes from area to area though, which is also dumb to an extent though not to the fault of the employers.
Even buying a tiny home nowadays has gotten grotesque, and with the way property theft works you can't just buy a home and improve on it if you don't have the means to pay the increased property theft.
Taxation is theft. Everyone would be better off without it, and there are better ways to pay for roads -- not least of all is doing more than the barest minimum that breaks before it's even freaking cured.
A house fits all your stuff with walls. If you don't collect anything or own a lot, you could probably live in a tiny house, unless you mentally and emotionally need the space.
