Very well could be natural. But I love any excuse to bring up this post.

Q took credit for earthquaking an entire mountain in NK which conveniently held their top nuclear scientists and engineers/bomb developers. ^^^

So as the author asks, if you subscribe to Q and it wasn’t strategic disinfo…. Then yes this tech exists in some form or another…

Believe they also implied or took credit for a few lightning instances, perhaps even the one which took down mural? Correct if wrong.
