A mix of wealthy foreigners seeking safe harbor for wealth. Entrenched Financial Interests. Particularly Blackrock and company. And Domestic Wealthy using it as stores of wealth.

Meaning the average middle class and even lower upper middle-class are priced outta the market. Let alone the poor
