I agree, I would have loved to have been born to a meth addicted mother and father that didn't want me...

And there's no possible reason for any pregnancy to be terminated no matter the deformity and medical costs or burden on the welfare system.

Btw murder is the unlawful killing of a Natural Human. A Natural Human being a Human that was Born Naturally. This is a carry over of English Common Law.
