Trump was trying with these motions to delay the trial.

You don't understand what it means ti draw fire do you ?

Each of the Judges/Courts that comes anywhere near President Trump is being given a test......most are failing so far. Except their owners are being drawn out.

I remain unconvinced of their honesty to begin with. They spend an awful lot of time defending the federal government against criticism, and that never smells right.
