Remove their "immunity" from lawsuits for damages
Reagan allowed the vaccine manufacturers to avoid lawsuits for causing harm. Make them liable just like any other company. If they're truly harming people, which I believe they are, they'll get sued into oblivion.
I used to think Reagan was a good President. Then I saw the pictures of him at Bohemian Grove... and this big pharma immunity from liability crap, etc.
Now I think he was about the same as his VP Bush.
