Looks like most of them had identical cuts along the lower portions of the jugular vein. If real this could be to drain the body of blood before suspending it. That would lead me to think this is more of a meat storage facility pre-processing. Maybe it's for a thriving cannibal market. Or as a food additive. Do you know for sure what's in your pre-packaged "ground beef"? lol
