ALL of God's servants have been chosen and given the abilities to accomplish ALL that God in His sovereignty has appointed. No human chooses God--we are Dead in our sin and cannot choose Truth or Life. He gives both Life and knowledge of Truth. Absolutely nothing is outside the sovereignty of God. Even allowing evil people to amass lifetimes of evil and suffering eternal judgement. But by the grace of God alone, we all would die in our sins.
