A proposed rule from the ATF will force private gun sellers to use the National Instant Criminal Background Check System to sell their guns.

These are the same people telling you there are only 400 million guns owned in the US. There were 650 million in 1990 with projections of over a billion by 2000. The number has to be over 2 billion today so that means they have lost track of 1.4 billion since they have instituted gun control. Sleep in peace you Commies.
