This is the first I’ve heard this. A year ago I switched to one meal a day, and changed my diet to daily meat and eggs (6 per day) and low carb. I lost 50 pounds and one of the many changes is that my life-long sinus issues completely disappeared.
I assumed it was due to the weight loss, but maybe it’s actually the dietary change? 🤔
