The hospital was unionized. Since I was fired, I could not go back to the " step 20" I was at, I had to take a 10 year pay cut...the maximum the union allowed for new hires is 10 years. This is where the Lord wants me. I have prayed on this. It is better than an hour commute to another state. The situation is aggreeable for the most part. I don't have as many expenses, I had to cut the fluff. I don't trust too many in the hospital.

This is the ruling, the appeal went all the way to May.
