Kind of like a mini stroke. Might need his neck arteries cleaned out. Not that big of deal. My mom had it done to prevent a stroke.
Yeah, it’s a fairly routine procedure. Most times they only use light sedation. Someone told me this so not sure if it’s true or where they heard it from, but as far as their character I can vouch for that.
