Bad actors is a very specific term and while certain used on occasion it isn't common enough for it to be a coincidence that it's used in a total of 24 Q posts, looking at how it is used in the various sentences there are certainly other ways of conveying the same thing and in many cases better ways of expressing something.

It's too specific a term, almost as if Q is trying to tell us something....

If one has the need for people capable of pulling of being someone else one would not want to be looking everywhere for them and have auditions to try and find the very few capable of pulling it of, especially if one already has available a pool of people who are a known quantity in regards to their acting ability.
