During Tribulation. From what I understand it will be those that get saved during Tribulation. There will be no doubt about God’s existence at this time. So many will be saved. The cost will be, as you have mentioned, death by beheading. Or thereabouts. Wound that be so bad? You would know God exist at this time. 100%. People will still choose the mark of the beast and live a little longer, or, get saved and face this death. It would be worth it. Those of us that are already followers would already gone at this point. From how I understand it.
