Since the laws are not enforced, such as this theft, contract law must return to the forefront. It's a pain, but we must all get better at this gradually- unite and change 'standard' service contracts to include large protections for small businesses. Make it really painful for the large guys to cheat small guys. This will only work if small guys work together.
