USAA is the big insurance company that pretends to be veteran loving but they dumped all their white people and hired a bunch of H1Bs.
Worse than Black Rifle coffee.
Officially looking for a replacement company now.
As am I. Wow! This was a surprise.
I just started that process...I knew something was awry when their website keep getting slower and slower, when I called the help center I always ask where they are physically located and they say Florida and then I ask..."ARE YOU INDIAN?" I will get someone else for you!!!!
On top of all of this, my rates went up quite a bit last year due to “increasing population” in my area. Never mind how I drive. They’re worried about how other people are driving and we’re paying for it.
