Nope. Three reasons:

Trump has suffered through 2 impeachments. Needs no precendant of any kind.
If this were a precedent, Dems would simply ignore it.
Trump's return will be after the precipice. After the Awakening. There will be no need for these games any more.

My guess would be Mayorkas Impeachment is not yet ready to happen because borders are not yet ready to be closed in prep for the precipice.
