Fresno California is starting to look more and more like Oakland everyday. Massive tent cities along the ditch banks.
That's sad.
It's the result of evil, greed, and government corruption.
Yes, in that order. Thanks.
'Democrats' are EVIL. No excuses, no mitigation, EVIL. And as such they worship shit, filth and degradation.
Might as well call them demons. I won't mince word. :)
They want CA to look like this. It's a comforting reminder of their birthplace, the Gehenna valley.
Oh. I understand what you are saying now.

A couple of years ago, one of my friends saw a man staggering down the street, bleeding. She recognized him as someone who regularly slept outside in the neighborhood, and called 911. Paramedics and police arrived and began treating him, but members of a homeless advocacy group noticed and intervened. They told the man that he didn’t have to get into the ambulance, that he had the right to refuse treatment. So that’s what he did. The paramedics left; the activists left. The man sat on the sidewalk alone, still bleeding. A few months later, he died about a block away.
If you’re going to die on the street, San Francisco is not a bad place to do it. The fog keeps things temperate. There’s nowhere in the world with more beautiful views. City workers and volunteers bring you food and blankets, needles and tents. Doctors come to see how the fentanyl is progressing, and to make sure the rest of you is all right as you go.
I used to live in SF back in the 80. It was the most beautiful place. I don't dare to go there now. It will just make me sad.
But, but, we passed Prop1 approving $6.38 billion to fix it. Oh, and we just completed an audit (after the election) and we can’t seem to find $24 million. WTF

About 4 years ago a super lefty friend from OZ went to celebrate his 40th B,Day in California with a bunch of mates. His only comment on returning was Trump was RIGHT they need to make America great.
I'll bet. Sad.
Homelessness like this should be declared a national emergency? Imagine the cells which could utilize such a mess?? The disease harbor? The risk to life and property? Is there a constitutional way to declare a "failed state" or perhaps "failed city"? Just musing.. this is absurd
It is. Why would anyone stay there is my question.
well the homeless people themselves are not 100% to blame, the marxists made that state unlivable, plus factor the drugs, and the safe harbor to use them in public, it's a nuanced problem but at some point it's ridiculous
And rent control has made people unable to rent and break even. With few exceptions rent can only be raised 5% + 10 % for inflation. This is stupid when inflation for everything is higher. And you can no longer hire someone for a couple days work, without making them an employee, requiring you pay unemployment and withhold taxes from their pay. You have to do this even to have a babysitter for 1 hour. You don't have to for relatives, which is hard for me because I am running out of handyman relatives.
I understand
