If a state is super red the likelihood of a true conservative being elected is too high, so they probably focus their neocon, globohomo uniparty forces in those states the hardest. Otherwise they just install a dem. Dems' platform already basically agrees with globohomo so there's no need to install a fake one. It's the conservatives whose agenda is toxic to globalism at its core so they need fake ones.
