Meh, I don't read that as any kind of glowing endorsement for continuing to fund the nazi hostage situation against Russian civilians trapped within the borders of Ukraine.
Sounds more like a subtilely worded troll post to point out how the EU, and other NATO nations do not fund the wars that they themselves promote.

Ukraine is so important to me while I scrape by and wonder how long before the sleeper cells cause chaos.
Because they are even more broke than the USA.
It is a rhetorical question - in line with Trump pointing out that Europe was sucking on USA tits (which they were), during his term.
However, I am hoping that Trump will find a way to convince everyone to calm the f*ck down.
