It makes no sense! I don't need ads for things I already bought!!

I buy an item on line and then immediately get an ad for the same thing I just bought! What a waste of the advertiser's money!

It's not supposed to work that way. I guess the advertisers are complete dumbasses. It's supposed to be like on Amazon when they show you things related to what you bought. Like batteries for the electronics, or RAM for the computer, or ammo for the AR. oops.
