Bill is the worst kind. He keeps demonstrating that he gets it, but, nevertheless, he just can't let go of his life long hatred for conservative Republicans, even after figuring out they're right and have been.

He wants rules, but no rules, laws, but no laws, morals, but no morals, all at the same time. He's a doubled minded man.
