Drones are pretty hard to range and hit in-air even if loitering in a stationary position. It would be unlikely you could discreetly eliminate one without the companion drones in the flight spotting you and providing confirmation you are an armed combatant. You would likely be targeted almost immediately with either a ballistic drone, remote munitions, or directed fire.
If its a one-off police drone with no support team, you might have a chance. If its an actual drone warfare unit would be very difficult to defeat alone.
