I trust God completely, but does that mean every single bad thing that happens was God's will? Of course not, because God granted us all free will, so sometimes when bad things happen it has nothing to do with God or his plan. Same applies to Q, not every single bad event is part of this plan. We don't really know all the details of the plan. We have some markers.
