Kim Halmoni makes the case for divesting ourselves of the expression Capitalism to frame what kind of economic system we promote. For many, 'Capitalism' is the very thing that Marx defined and is the embodiment of corrupt corporatism that we see riding rampant over the world today (where fewer and fewer corporations control more and more of our economic activity because of monopolizing and concentrating the capital).

If one approaches the question from a slightly different perspective, aka not Marx defined but one which introduces different key anchors, such as the free-market concept, then this potentially makes it a lot easier for those who are fixated on the corruption in the non-Marxist system to consider a different perspective.

Part of the problem of the 20th century was that the West was stuck in a mode of "anti-communism" instead of rising to a mode of "victory over communism". If you are only in opposition to something, you cannot see what lies beyond it.
