A lot of them feel like the country is lost. It's why I will stress -- no matter my opinions or theirs -- that we have a Constitutional right and duty to vote, even if they think the country is already lost, even if they think it will be rigged again.

Then it is usually as simple as asking them who they really think has their interests at heart, and letting them stew on that.
