If you believe Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche the issue is that Covid-19 is going to stop mutating to be more infectious and start mutating in a way that makes it more harmful to the vaccinated. Although I will point out he's been wrong on the timeline of this prediction twice now (this video is from January).

I don't believe anyone purporting that a virus is collectively -- as a hive mind -- sentient enough to diverge from the natural course of their evolutionary life (less deadly, higher transmission) and target their markers, against all established virology.

I would -- and almost do -- sooner believe that a different virus would be released to target markers left over by the vaccines.
