Also what is a "high powered rifle"?

Can almost guarantee we won't like the answer.

Also-also, was this the only way to serve this warrant? It seems to me these warrants are served in a way, sometimes, to provoke this sort of violence.

Especially when the illegally elected Democrat Governor and President need a topic to help them win re-election.
