If the EU countries would pay their fair share, NATO isn't a bad idea. I think, should we win, that Russia and the USA will ally ... for real. We are fucking natural trading partners. The DS wants those resources and is willing to risk nuclear war to get them. THere wouldn't be a need for NATO!!! At all! (not like there's really been a need for it since the cold war)
