So that makes you late boom. I don't think X because all of X's parents were early boom, not silent.
If that is true then you are are ideal candidate to encourage Alpha. Just that age difference, if you are cool with them, they will see you as someone they can talk to who is really wise.
Alpha's are born between 2010 and 2025. Alpha is a much better frame than whatever madison ave is cooking up for the kids that are 15 to 21 right now. Those kids can be Alpha's too, but only if they legit act like alpha's! Secure alpha's that don't abuse the weak. That protect women and children, provide for their families and do the right thing even when it is hard.
Actually I'm an X. 1970. Dad 1941 (the day after Pearl Harbor).
And very wisely said. My one word of dadi advice has always been to be the dad that drives the kids where they want to go. Not only do you get to spend more time (our most precious resource) with your kid, you also begin to blend in to their routine. They let their guard down around you and you become privy to everything going on in their world. You can catch developing issues early and intervine as necessary. Even better yet, after twenty-something years, you have some pretty slick young friends of your own. A little side bonus is that you become legend. Just for doing something that is super fun to do.
