No, not really. They both operate around the world. However, 8th Psyop Group is mainly tasked with the "Western Hemisphere," while 4th Psyop is mainly concerned with "Eastern Hemisphere" psyops. They will regularly overlap, though, depending on the nature of the "special forces" operation and various foreign influenced groups participating, namely the foreign adversarial groups aligned against the U.S. and her allies. Also, 4th Psyop is the better known, and longest serving of the psyop groups and is quietly tasked with recruitment from the civilian population and various SOF groups among the 4 combatant branches of DOD. (I don't classify Space Force as being a combatant branch, per se, mainly because it's charter is mainly concerned with "space based" capabilities like Sat Comms, Sat surveillance, defense against adversarial space based platforms, etc. USCG isn't a combative command here, either because it's charter is mainly concerned with domestic shipping lane protection. Even though we have USCG units in overseas ports like the UAE, they're only there to help protect the shipping lanes used by US registered vessels.)
In this context, both groups are working together domestically because our current enemy is operating here in the U.S. as part of our "constitutionally recognized" and "legitimate" government under [Biden]/[Hussein]/[HRC], while also working globally (illegally and clandestinely) in the AoRs 4 & 8 Psyops are responsible for. 4 & 8 Psyop used multiple quotes from JFK to let [them] know that [their] days are numbered, while also recruiting current and maybe former SF members for future ops. If a civilian happens to see that vid and reach out, all the better, because it means that their former vids, as well as this one, have helped to begin to awaken the masses to whats really going on.
People think these recruitment vids are for the Normie/Civilian public, but it's rare to have a non SF member actually smart enough to decode the meaning of the video who will reach out and volunteer their service. Usually, the psyop groups take people already in the SF community, because there's wwwwwaaaaaayyyyy more that goes into a psyop than just some neat video editing with an underlying message. These videos are meant more for recruiting SF personnel or Intel personnel who naturally have an "out of the box" and abstract way of thinking, which is why they recruit heavily from within the SF community. Being a successful operator requires this type of thinking more than it requires anything else.
