No, it's never too late since EVERY SHARE is currently at an artificial discount. But I'd try to grab a bunch early Monday morning.

Fidelity seems to be the easiest to DRS. Just call them and have them send them over. Might take a few days and I believe that you have to finish entering your details on the Computershare.com website yourself afterwards. Stay away from Robinhood, and watch the movie "Dumb Money" if you don't know the backstory.
